An LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred, and admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the bar is required.

The successful candidates will bring excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical abilities, and the ability to engage with sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration.
• Ability to draft complex estate planning documents and advise sophisticated clients on estate and trust matters.
• Admissions to the Florida Bar or willingness to pursue admission.

Our client is an AM LAW 200 firm seeking two Trusts & Estates Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting complex estate planning documents and advising sophisticated clients on estate and trust matters.

An LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida Bar.
