Adams & Martin Group seeks a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. This boutique firm offers direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and a flexible, collegial environment with significant autonomy.

The candidate will handle matters in trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate litigation, with opportunities for long-term growth and a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. Applicants should have 3+ years of relevant experience, a J.D.

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and a broad range of trusts and estates work in a highly flexible and collegial environment.

The firm is open to attorneys with experience in one or more core trusts and estates disciplines and is seeking someone who can confidently manage matters within their area of expertise.

Responsibilities

The practice includes work in areas such as:

• Trust Administration
• Guardianships and Conservatorships
• Trust, Estate, and Probate Litigation

Candidates are not expected to have experience across all practice areas. Attorneys with meaningful experience in at least one or two of these disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Trust Administration
• Guardianships or Conservatorships
• Ability to work independently and manage client matters
• Strong communication, drafting, and client-service skills
• Competitive compensation based on experience and preferred compensation structure
• For candidates seeking a traditional salary arrangement, compensation is generally expected to fall between $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience
• The firm is also open to alternative compensation models, including production-based and hybrid compensation structures
• Flexible hybrid work environment
• No designated in-office day requirements
• Attorneys enjoy significant flexibility in determining their schedules, though the position is not fully remote and requires periodic in-office presence for client meetings and document executions
