Qualifications

• 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience, with a background in tax preferred.
• Experience drafting and implementing complex estate planning strategies (GST trusts, SLATs, GRATs, IDGTs, Charitable Trusts).
• Experience handling probate trust administration matters and related motions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client interfacing ability.
• Must be self-starter with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement complex estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage probate trust administration, including filings and motions.
• Interface with clients regularly to explain plans and progress.
• Collaborate with tax, litigation, and trusts teams to deliver value.
• Support firm growth and pro bono activities with a collaborative approach.
