An established and growing law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with at least one year of relevant experience to join its Palm Beach practice. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, and wealth preservation matters within a collaborative legal environment.

The successful candidate will work with experienced attorneys on estate planning and administration matters for individuals, families, and business owners. Responsibilities will include drafting estate planning documents, handling aspects of trust and estate administration, researching tax and wealth transfer issues, and participating in succession planning and related advisory matters.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, or a closely related private client practice.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Familiarity with probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary matters.
• Knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations is a plus.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.
