Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in trusts, estates, or probate.
• Active Illinois Bar admission.
• Strong drafting and client-facing abilities.
• Interest in developing a long-term trusts and estates practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate proceedings.
• Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession strategies.
• Assist with estate and gift tax returns.
• Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate planning matters.
