Confidential Employer in New York is seeking an attorney focusing on trusts and estates to draft and manage estate planning, trusts, and probate matters. This full-time, on-site role offers meaningful client relationships, hands-on responsibility, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Candidates must have 2+ years of trusts and estates experience, hold an active New York or New Hampshire bar license, and be comfortable working on-site at our Warwick, Pearl River (NY), or Concord (NH) offices.

Qualifications

• Active New York or New Hampshire bar admission, depending on office location.
• 2+ years of trusts and estates experience in estate planning or trust administration.
• Experience drafting legal documents and communicating directly with clients.
• Strong legal writing, research, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with estate taxation, financial planning, probate, or elder law is a plus.
• Additional bar admissions and related practice-area experience welcome.

Responsabilités

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of trusts and estates experience and hold an active bar license in the applicable state. New York admission is required for our New York positions, and New Hampshire admission is required for our Concord position. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
