Job summary

LHH is recruiting on behalf of a leading AmLaw 200 law firm in Philadelphia for a seasoned Trusts & Estates Attorney. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a low billable hour requirement. You will handle sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients and collaborate with corporate teams on M&A and succession planning.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in complex trusts and estates, exposure to M&A, and a Tax LL.M. is preferred but not required. Full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in complex Trusts & Estates law.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Exposure to M&A or closely held business matters preferred.
• Tax LL.M. preferred but not required.

An AmLaw 200 law firm with a growing Trusts & Estates practice is seeking a seasoned Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a low billable hour requirement (1700) and a hybrid work schedule.
