Job summary

LHH is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate in the Greater Philadelphia area. The position offers a respectful work culture, with a target of only 1500 billable hours, and a genuine opportunity for financial and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in estate planning and a JD from an accredited law school. The provided salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000, inclusive of bonuses and benefits such as health, vision and dental insurance.

• PA admission required; NJ, NY, and/or FL admission is a plus.

• General estate planning and administration.

The Work:

• Estate planning and wealth preservation techniques associated with Federal Estate/GST/Gift Tax planning, business succession planning (including transactional tax issues), and general estate planning and administration which ties in real estate and business work.

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and administration
• JD from an accredited law school
• An LLM in Taxation is preferred but not required.
• PA admission required; NJ, NY and/or FL admission is a plus

The provided salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000 with flexibility based on experience. Total compensation also includes merit bonuses and 10% origination.
