Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caring, dependable individuals to provide in-home care that helps seniors feel safe and respected. You will deliver personalized support, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort in the clients’ homes.

We value reliability, professionalism, and compassion, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules. Training and team support are provided to help you grow in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
