Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, helping seniors with daily activities, meals, and medication management. You will build trust and meaningful connections while ensuring safety and comfort in the client’s home.

We value reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor. Expect flexible schedules with part-time and full-time opportunities, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.
