Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an administrative professional to support fiduciary and trust client relationships. This role focuses on trust product knowledge, client servicing, and risk-aware processing within Wealth Management.

Responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for clients, assisting Trust Officers, and identifying opportunities to expand Private Bank capabilities in the current book of business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service.
  • Direct experience supporting advisors and client relationships within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust Services, or a related financial services environment is strongly desired.
  • Working knowledge of trust administration principles and fiduciary client servicing activities preferred.
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired

Responsibilities

  • Supports Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactions
  • Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updates
  • Identifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business, while assisting other service associates as needed
  • Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups
  • Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts

Job Description

Pay and benefits information
Pay range

$31.25 - $44.33 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
