  • Translate policy principles into clear, actionable moderation standards and operational guidelines that enable the moderation team to execute efficiently.
  • Partner with Enforcement, Legal, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent understanding and smooth rollout of policies.
  • Identify and assess platform risks, monitor policy effectiveness and industry trends, and continuously iterate on policies.
Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content policy, platform governance, or related fields; overseas or cross-border experience preferred.
  • Fluent English as a working language.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills; understanding of regional differences in user behavior and culture.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Content policy experience at a global internet platform (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X).
  • Familiarity with international platform governance and data-privacy regulations (GDPR, DSA, COPPA, etc.).
  • Experience handling cross-border content risks or major global events.
  • Experience with development automated policy enforcement systems and AI-enabled T&S operations.
