Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enforce YouTube policies at scale and provide insights for abuse prevention.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and policy teams to drive anti-abuse solutions across cross-functional areas.
• Provide incident response for abuse problems, analyze root-causes and define mitigation steps.
• Learn complex systems and communicate technical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Design prompts for LLMs to improve detection and classification of abusive content.
