City National Bank in Staunton, VA seeks a portfolio/investment professional to assist with investment programs and client relationships. You will direct purchase, sale and monitoring of securities and work with portfolio managers on asset allocation to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of experience, and familiarity with investment markets and regulatory issues. Travel may be required and a strong attention to detail is essential.

• Familiarity with trust and investment services and markets.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Direct purchase, sale and redemption of investment securities.
• Work with portfolio managers on asset allocation for client portfolios.
• Monitor approved securities lists and prepare for Trust Investment Committee meetings.
• Perform due diligence on divisions' closely held securities lists.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to review financial objectives and accounts.
