Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Prior financial services experience in a transaction processing environment preferred.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem prevention and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of a PC, Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Post all transactions on the trust accounting system accurately and without direction.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and according to client instructions.
• Maintain documentation related to the cash transaction and archive appropriately.
• Proactively communicate with clients via phone to advise status of requests.
• Remediate issues or concerns arising from client contact.
• Assist in cashiering activities under supervision for institutional client conversions and deconversions.
• Develop understanding of complex distribution activities ( Roth conversions, re-registrations, plan distributions, and other complex processing).
• Follow bank regulations and complete required training and stay updated on regulatory changes.
