Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer success role handling highly detailed transactions.
• 1-2 years in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of trust accounting, IRAs, and alternative assets preferred.
• CISP/SDIP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about investments in private equity, real estate, private debt and more.
• Research and analyze complex issues to resolve client inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, GLBA, BSA, ERISA and IRS rules.
• Provide omni-channel client service including chat, calls, and emails.
• Draft professional responses and escalate when needed.
