Citizens Bank seeks a Trust Operations Associate in Johnston, RI to handle money movement and provide operational support. You will grow through mentorship, with potential for more complex responsibilities as you gain experience.
Primary duties include processing deposits, preparing client materials, handling account change confirmations, and monitoring wires. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.
The Trust Operations Associate will be responsible for processing the movement of money and performing operational support duties. It is expected that the individual fulfilling this role will continually gain more knowledge and skills through practice and mentorship, and with strong results-oriented performance could eventually be given more complex responsibilities (e.g., approving money movement, approving reports and client communications, problem research and resolution, etc.).
The salary range for this position is $21.64 - $25.00 per hour (~$45,011.20-$52,000), plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
