Job summary

JTC Group is seeking a Trust Officer in South Dakota to manage and administer trust accounts in compliance with fiduciary obligations. You will maintain strong relationships with PTC partners and trusted advisors while coordinating with legal, tax, and investment professionals to meet regulatory reporting requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust administration or wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage trust accounts in compliance with fiduciary laws and regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for PTC partners and trusted advisors.
• Develop and implement trust strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
• Review trust documents and ensure adherence to grantor's intent.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and investment professionals to fulfill filing requirements.
• Monitor distributions and account activity for compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on trust activities to partners and beneficiaries.
