Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience required.
• 8+ years experience in financial services, including at least 3 years of trust (fiduciary) or IRA experience.
• Effective client relationship skills and experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning; and IRA regulations.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates fiduciary services for a portfolio of Personal Trust accounts, including irrevocable trusts, agency, IRA, and custody accounts.
• Reviews, supports, and approves or declines discretionary action requests for irrevocable trusts.
• Administers multigenerational trusts with discretionary income and principal distributions while managing financial and compliance risks.
• Executes terms of estate plans or documents as Trustee, Executor, or Agent with discretion among beneficiaries.
• Maintains client base by collaborating with client service teams to deliver high service levels.
• Completes annual administrative account reviews and other compliance tasks for complex accounts.
