Job summary

Quarles & Brady LLP in Naples, FL seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group for succession planning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct client management, experience drafting for taxable estates, GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs, post-mortem administration, and tax return review, with Florida bar admission.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct client management experience.
• Experience planning and drafting for taxable estates.
• Familiarity with GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs.
• Active Florida bar membership required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and draft for taxable estates and transfer of multi-generational wealth.
• Advise on GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, and IDGTs.
• Oversee post-mortem administration and Forms 706/709/1041 review.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality client service.

The national AmLaw 200 law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the well-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida for succession planning and growth needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with direct client management responsibilities and the planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including the transfer of multi-generational wealth through the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments; post-mortem administration; tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709 and 1041. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm and ability to provide high quality client services is essential. Florida bar required.
