Jobot is seeking a qualified Trust & Estate litigator for its Newport Beach office to lead matters end to end, including strategy, budgeting, and timelines. The role requires robust research, writing, and advocacy skills, with experience in motions and depositions.

You will manage a caseload independently and interact with clients, fiduciaries, and experts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a California Bar license, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; first or second-chair

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recent Trust & Estate litigation experience (required), including probate and fiduciary disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy; motion practice and deposition experience.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with strategic thinking, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Preferred first or second-chair trial experience in probate or civil matters and/or contested accountings, will/trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, removal/surcharge, undue influence, and elder abuse claims.
