Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Trust and Estate Analyst to support trust administration for KPB clients and beneficiaries. You will collaborate on Specialty Teams, manage fiduciary risk, and look for opportunities to strengthen client relationships while maintaining policy compliance.

The role focuses on settlements, client information management, and applying fiduciary judgement in line with regulatory standards. Hybrid work is available within a client-focused banking team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in financial industry or client services.
• Progress towards Cannon Trust Schools I, II or III or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer settlements on fiduciary/agency accounts with Settlement Officer as primary contact.
• Review and maintain client information in trust accounting systems and vendor systems.
• Apply fiduciary judgement to trust matters.
• Analyze client transactions and recommend solutions.
• Interpret legal instruments to determine duties of the bank as Trustee.
• Develop relationships with clients/beneficiaries and service providers to grow relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality administration of accounts.
• Mitigate risk by complying with KeyBank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide back-up to team and act professionally at all times.
