Central Trust Company is seeking a Trust Associate to support Wealth & Trust Advisors by handling client-related administrative tasks, meeting scheduling, and transaction paperwork. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate client records and facilitating efficient workflow within the Trust, Tax and Investment teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to use initiative and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Trust, Tax and Investment Officers.
  • Interact with AddVantage trust accounting system and Fidelity custodial system.
  • Communicate and provide daily assistance with client matters and accounts.
  • Perform duties such as answering phones, copying documents, processing daily remittances/receipts.
  • Facilitate special projects assigned by Department Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking someone that enjoys client service and participates in a team atmosphere. As an Account Associate, you will work directly with the Wealth & Trust Advisor in managing client relationships, building efficiency within existing operations, and providing top-tier client service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an active listener, effective communicator, people-focused, team-oriented, self-starter, and detail oriented.

Daily duties include administrative support: monitoring and scheduling client review meetings, preparing essential paperwork for client transactions, processing client requests, account research to solve problems, facilitate and following through with actionable solutions.

The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines, frequent interruptions, and changing priorities.

Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Trust, Tax and Investment Officers
