Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal to join a well-established wealth management and estate planning team in Doylestown, PA. This is a client-facing opportunity for a seasoned trusts and estates professional who enjoys working closely with advisors, clients, and outside counsel to support sophisticated estate planning matters.

This role is primarily onsite, with some flexibility for a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of trust and estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration.
• Experience reviewing legal documents and conducting research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• JD candidates with trust and estate experience will also be considered.
• Tax experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and summarize estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
• Assist with trust and estate administration matters.
• Model and review client estate plans and planning strategies.
• Conduct legal and tax-related research as needed.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Work directly with clients, financial advisors, and outside counsel.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of client matters.
• Provide exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities.

This is a client-facing opportunity for a seasoned trusts and estates professional who enjoys working closely with advisors, clients, and outside counsel to support sophisticated estate planning matters.

This role is primarily onsite, with some flexibility for a hybrid schedule. Candidates with tax experience may be considered for a full-time, expanded role. Attorneys (JD) with relevant trust and estate experience are also encouraged to apply.
