Qualifications

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal to join a well-established wealth management and estate planning team in Doylestown, PA. This is a client-facing opportunity for a seasoned trusts and estates professional who enjoys working closely with advisors, clients, and outside counsel to support sophisticated estate planning matters.This role is primarily onsite, with some flexibility for a hybrid schedule. Candidates with tax experience may be considered for a full-time, expanded role. Attorneys (JD) with relevant trust and estate experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and summarize estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments; Assist with trust and estate administration matters; Model and review client estate plans and planning strategies; Conduct legal and tax-related research as needed; Prepare legal documents and correspondence; Work directly with clients, financial advisors, and outside counsel; Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of client matters; Provide exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities.
