We are seeking a dedicated Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney to join our established private client practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience in estate planning, including sophisticated drafting, estate and trust administration, and estate and tax compliance. In this role, you will assume significant responsibility for handling complex matters and engaging directly with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Role Focus
  • Draft and negotiate intricate estate plans, trust documents, and related instruments.
  • Oversee estate and trust administration processes, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise clients on strategic estate planning solutions that protect assets and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to offer integrated legal services.
  • Manage client relationships with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
