Tenth Revolution Group in Michigan seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing private client practice in West Michigan. You will work with a large team handling sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, business succession, and probate matters.

Responsibilities include developing tailored estate plans, advising on estate and gift tax strategies, managing probate and trust administration, and counseling individuals and families on wealth

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax or corporate matters, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Discretion handling sensitive matters.
• Excellent client service and relationship management.

A respected Michigan-based law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing private client practice in West Michigan. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside a large team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals handling sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, business succession, and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' goals and circumstances
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and related tax planning strategies
• Manage probate and estate administration matters from inception through resolution
• Administer trusts and ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws
• Counsel individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on wealth transfer and succession planning
• Participate in business development and relationship-building activities

Qualifications

• Strong background in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related tax matters
• Experience advising individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive matters
• Excellent client service and relationship management abilities

Required Experience

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan
• 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax or corporate matters, preferably within a law firm environment
