Job summary

Extraco Banks in Waco, Texas seeks a Trust Advisor to administrate Personal and Family Trusts and Estates. You will develop client relationships, oversee profitability and compliance, and pursue new client opportunities from the office in Waco.

Qualified candidates have at least five years in a Trust Advisory role, with strong math and accounting skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or CPA are a plus.

Extraco Banks is seeking a successful Trust Advisor to join our team. This opportunity is in our Waco, Texas office.

Summary

Administration of Personal Trust, Family Trust and Estates. Develop relationships with the clients and ensures client satisfaction. Oversee profitability, risk management, legal and compliance issues. Pursue and develop new relationships with clients.

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a Trust Advisory role. Background in Finance, Accounting, or law are a plus. Reasonable math and accounting skills. Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Knowledge requirements, i.e. skills, abilities, personal characteristics:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Advanced level of performance, requiring minimum supervision. Well-developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
