Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned fiduciary professional to lead trust and estate administration for high-net-worth families. You will develop subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and their families.

You will anticipate service needs, coordinate with partners and external advisors, expand relationships, and oversee trust accounts while ensuring compliance with laws and documents. This is a client-facing, senior role requiring meticulous attention to detail and cross-team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in trust and estate administration.
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to advise on fiduciary strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
