Job Overview

Expert professional role requiring extensive knowledge of the business. Provide administrative and data entry support for the Closing Unit Trust Officer in support of Trust business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work independently on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for judgment.
  • Mentor staff and serve as a role model, providing direction and training as needed.
  • Communicate complex issues effectively to a broad audience.
  • Handle highly visible, sensitive, and critical issues.
  • Support the Closing Unit Trust Officer in administering closing trust accounts.
  • Interact with financial partners and trust clients regularly.
  • Assist with account administration to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform daily account activities such as posting receipts, entering trade orders, raising cash, and handling inquiries.
  • Research discrepancies, calculate fee-sharing data, and administer trust account systems.
  • Maintain documentation for current and historical account monitoring.
  • Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust system experience.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Trust Administrator experience.
Physical Demands
  • Sitting for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, working in an office environment.
