Job summary

Truist is seeking a Fiduciary Team Leader to oversee Trust Administration, New Business Engagement Risk Oversight, Compliance and Client Team Delivery for their segment. You will lead Trust Administration Advisors and ensure day‑to‑day successful execution of commitments under governing instruments and policies.

Reporting to the Fiduciary Director, you will coordinate risk, legal and compliance activities with partners, drive assigned projects, and address client or teammate escalations while

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis on Business or Finance.
• 10+ years in Trust Administration and fiduciary oversight.
• Knowledge of state laws governing Personal Trust accounts.
• Leadership qualities and ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate with partners and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Trust Administration and client delivery.
• Oversee and coach Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, and oversight activities with Fiduciary Director and partners.
• Ensure successful execution of management routines.
• Drive projects for the Advisory Center line of business.
• Address client or teammate escalations and escalate to Fiduciary Director when needed.
