Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Columbia, SC is seeking a Trust Accounting Specialist to support the firm's trust accounting needs across its nationwide footprint.

You will manage trust deposits and payments, postings, checks and wire transfers, reconciliations, and online banking monitoring, while building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and bank representatives.

Formación

• At least three years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with trust accounting processes and client trust matters preferred.
• Law firm experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries related to trust accounts.
• Process and post trust deposits and payments.
• Handle checks and wire transfers for trust accounts.
• Complete reconciliations of trust balances and transactions.
• Monitor online banking activity for trust accounts.
