Our lead builders are responsible for ensuring that daily production needs are met by leading & supporting a small team of 2-4 builders with an emphasis on safety and production efficiency. Other duties include moving specified precut parts to work area and positioning parts in alignment with truss layouts, following department supervisor’s instructions and blueprint specifications.
