Location: 374 West Street, Uxbridge, MA
Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

Paid Training | No Experience Required | Hiring Immediately

Looking for a hands‑on job where you can stay active and be part of a production team? We’re hiring a Truss Stacker to support our manufacturing operation. You’ll go through a structured 30‑day training program with a mentor, learning how to safely stack, organize, and move finished trusses while supporting production flow across the plant.

This is a physical, fast‑paced role that plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.

If you like working with your hands and being part of a team, this is a strong opportunity to get started and grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Stack completed trusses safely and accurately for staging and shipment
  • Organize finished products to maintain efficient workflow
  • Assist with loading and moving materials across the yard

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
