CBH Homes in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a skilled truss saw operator to cut lumber components for roof and floor trusses with precision and strict safety standards. You will operate automated and manual saws, measure and mark pieces, inspect materials for defects, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the production team to keep workloads flowing.

This role requires physical endurance to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods, a strong eye for detail, and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Experience operating truss equipment and saws.
• Able to read measuring tools (tape measure, square, etc.) accurately.
• Basic understanding of construction or framing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
