Job summary

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking goal-oriented individuals to join our truss plant on 2nd shift as production personnel. You will set up and build wood roof and floor trusses and perform other duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Training is provided, and attendance and teamwork are highly valued. Applicants should be able to read a tape measure, use a hammer, and learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: prior carpentry experience helpful.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
• Be team-oriented, motivated with excellent attendance.
• Able to follow safety-related procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Truss Production Personnel

Tibbetts Lumber is looking for goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our truss plant on 2nd shift. Production personnel set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for construction along with other assigned duties. Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for all required job duties.
