Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing management experience.
• Experience leading a sizable production workforce and supervising teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow, labor efficiency and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations at a truss manufacturing facility.
• Lead and develop the production workforce including supervisors and team leads.
• Manage schedules, workflow, throughput and on-time completion of orders.
• Monitor labor efficiency, overtime, productivity and costs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and a safe working environment.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
