Job Title:

Truss Laborer

Location:

St. George, UT

Responsibilities:

1. Construct roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.
2. Safely construct trusses according to customer expectations and company procedures.
3. Translate work orders and instructions into finished products.
4. Cut angles in wood for trusses accurately.
5. Hammer gussets/plates onto trusses.
6. Operate roller machine for trusses.
7. Move and stack trusses.
8. Operate equipment safely and in accordance with standards.
9. Maintain a clean work environment.
10. Follow company policies and perform other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills.
• Practical math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to meet performance goals in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
