Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable, hands-on Truss Builder in New London, NC. Immediate starts with 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and overtime may be requested. Earn $16/hour plus a weekly incentive bonus as you help assemble components to spec.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience!!!
• Reliable transportation to New London, NC
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math

Responsibilities

• Set up the work area and secure required component parts and supplies
• Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards
• Operate hand tools to complete the assembly process
• Stack completed products and, when needed, cover, label, and band components/finished product
• Complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and report issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow established safety and quality procedures and perform other duties as assigned
