Job summary

Tindells, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses. You will assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homes, following engineering specs to help builders stay on schedule.

Position starts at $16/hr with training provided. You’ll work a day shift in a team environment, with benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely completion of each bundle.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
• Comfortable communicating with coworkers and supervisors (verbal and written).
• Familiar with hand tools and small power tools (or ready to learn).
