You will oversee production stations, train staff, ensure material readiness, perform quality checks, enforce OSHA rules, and foster a positive, customer‑focused work environment while managing budgeting and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in truss assembly.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and operate equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage production build stations, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Oversee training of employees in assigned area.
• Maintain build standards and perform quality checks on products.
• Oversee material staging and ensure supply availability.
• Monitor workflow and assist other areas as needed.
• Enforce OSHA rules and safe work practices.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe equipment use.
• Lead a team of 10+ associates, with hiring/termination decisions.
