Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake in Hugo, MN, is hiring a Truss Assembler for the 3rd shift to hands-on assemble roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment.

You will read measurements, use tape measures and hand/power tools, maintain safety, and strive for quality in every truss. The position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule, 3:00 PM–3:00 AM, with weekly pay and potential for evaluation-to-hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required).
• Willingness to complete and pass a tape measure test.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, framing, or related field required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to production specifications and blueprints.
• Measure and mark lumber accurately using a tape measure.

As a Truss Assembler, you’ll work hands‑on assembling roof and floor trusses, reading measurements, and supporting production in a fast‑paced construction manufacturing environment.
