Job summary

Cascade Mfg Co is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Truss Assemblers in Cascade, Iowa. You will assemble cold-formed steel trusses, measuring and positioning components and fastening them with hand tools and production equipment, following design specs to ensure quality.

Basic construction, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is helpful but not required, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished trusses to ensure quality and maintain safe, organized work area while meeting production goals.
