Menard Inc. is hiring Production Team Members as Truss Assemblers for 2nd shift (4PM–2:30AM, Monday-Thursday) in Iron Ridge, WI. Positions include machine operation and assembly, with opportunities to move into leadership roles.

PT and FT openings available with shift premiums and weekend pay, plus benefits such as profit sharing, store discounts, and 401(k). Starting Part-Time Hourly Rate: $21.25/HR (2nd). Starting Full-Time Hourly Rate: $23.05/HR (2nd).

• Various types of manual labor as required by type of plant.
• Assemble trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs.
• Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with others.
