Job summary

Alianza is seeking a Truss Assembler for 1st and 2nd shift in Sanford, NC to build and assemble wood components following safety guidelines and quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with two possible shifts: 06:00–04:30 or 04:30–03:00. You will use hand and power tools, read work orders, position materials, keep a clean, safe work area, and perform quality checks throughout production.

English/Spanish bilingual is a plus, as is prior truss, warehouse, or construction experience.

Qualifications

• Physically capable for lifting and standing for long periods.
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred.
• Able to read basic instructions and diagrams.

Pay: From $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Either 06:00am - 04:30pm or 04:30pm - 03:00am

Requirements:

• Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Warehouse or construction experience a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
• Previous experience with assembling trusses is a huge plus!
