Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof trusses according to cut sheets, layouts, and job specifications

• Ensure joints are tight, plates are properly positioned, and materials meet quality standards
• Identify and report damaged, poor-quality, or incorrect lumber to a supervisor
• Use basic tools such as hammers, tape measures, and other production tools
• Safely operate job-related equipment as trained
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Workweeks may range from approximately 40 to 45 hours based on production needs.
