Job summary

Alianza is hiring for a Truss Assembly (Warehouse) position in West End, NC. In this role you will assemble wood trusses and structural components in a fast-paced warehouse setting, using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other tools.

Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, lift 50-75 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and have reliable transportation with strong attendance. Steel-toe boots are required.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay: $15-$17 per hour (Based on Experience)
