Job summary

Lakeside Casino & RV Park in Pahrump, NV, is hiring a True Rewards Representative to support the True Rewards department, enroll new members, handle inquiries, and promote promotions.

You will work in a fast-paced casino environment, provide courteous service, process cards and vouchers, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Minimum 21, HS diploma preferred; 6 months in guest service or casino role preferred; strong computer skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of guest service or casino experience preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You assist with club enrollments, manage member concerns, and communicate property promotions.
