Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a True Rewards Representative to support the daily operations of the True Rewards department, enroll members, explain benefits such as cashback and promotions, and promote the rewards program.

You will issue and reissue player cards, assist with PIN resets, respond to guest questions, and help ensure compliance with gaming laws while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest service or casino experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and MS Office.
