Anticipated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000

We are seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee staff, address direct care issues, and ensure effective leadership and high-quality, cost-effective care.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders OR an Associate's Degree with at least two years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma or G.E.D with a CSAC-A certification from the Virginia Board of Counseling (or qualified for certification) and at least one year of experience with adults with substance use disorders. Alternatively, certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist in Virginia or working toward it, with at least one year of relevant experience.
